This is a great salon. It's easy to find, and there is plenty of parking. It is very professional and clean without being pretentious. I saw Julie for a cut and color. It wasn't just a regular cut and color--she had to do some major rehab to fix both after I'd visited a local beauty college a few times. Not only is it the best haircut of my life, she is so sweet and fun to talk to! I was devastated when my previous stylist of 15 years quit, but I'm happier than ever now that I've found Julie!

The salon is very nice overall. However, I’m rating it 3 stars because my experience with the stylist I saw was not great. I brought my 10 year old yesterday. She was very excited as it’s not often she gets to have this experience. She wanted a ‘wolf cut’, which is popular online right now. When I mentioned that to the stylist, I was told “I don’t do internet fads”. So we talked and agreed on a style they were willing to do and my daughter was okay with. She also wanted money pieces. The blonde turned out super yellow, but that’s not my biggest issue. My biggest issue is that part of her eyebrow was dyed blonde and we didn’t notice until we got home! Another issue is that the dye wasn’t applied all the way down to the roots. So now, her roots look overgrown after being dyed. Im also able to see lines in her hair where the foil was. After paying the amount that I paid, I’m disappointed that my daughter wasn’t treated with the same respect as all of these people who left 5 star reviews f

What really caught me off guard was at check in the receptionist asked if I wanted something to drink and she listed several beverages and then showed me to a place to sit and went and brought me a complimentary Coke! How lovely! The place is huge and there was a lot of activity with haircuts and colouring goin on and people chatting about the holidays. My stylist was right on time and cut it several times to make sure I was happy and then gave me her card and offered to fix it some more next week if I found it wasn't perfect! Her name was Julie. Absolutely wonderful personality, and a men's haircut was $35 which I think is a great price for the service provided. Definitely a top notch salon.
