Vision Hair Salon

This hair salon has left me terribly disappointed. I've been coming here for the past 5-7 years usually getting the same haircut. The manager Samita has always been very nice. It wasn't until a few months ago, I tried getting a bob (a way different request than previous years), and this was the outcome. She was nice enough to squeeze me in her schedule only to get a haircut like this. (She also had the chance to refuse service for a different day if she did not have the time to do it correctly, but instead she suggested to see her at a certain time). She took no more than 15-20 mins at the most. I requested a refund and she said she couldn't give it to me as she had "already spent time cutting my hair," or I could use it for my eyebrows. She advice for me to go back and fix it but I definitely do not trust her with my hair or eyebrows. I was so embarrassed to walk around like that. I have been coming to this salon for past 10 years I am amazed by their service every time. Today was my first time getting my hair dyed completely and the whole experience was amazing. I highly recommend this salon. Service: Haircut
