I asked for a trim and specifically said I wanted to keep the same length but the lady took four inches off my hair. I was obviously not happy with the haircut but this was not even the worst part of my experience. When I spoke with the owner about this, I was told she had to chop that much off because my hair was "uneven", however, the last haircut I got was from the same lady. When I said I wanted a refund the owner tried to shame me saying "you do not have respect for people who work on their feet trying to please you" My mother works at a salon and I am a teacher who's on her feet ten hours a day. I have been going to this place for 10+ years and I was quite honestly appalled by the treatment and the fact that the owner tried to shame me into feeling like a bad person. Service: Haircut

I normally don’t leave comments. But I am not happy with my haircut. I don’t think she knows how to cut layers and she uses the scissor like a knife to cut my hair（sliding down to cut). I can tell my hair is damage. I asked to cut one inch off but 2 inches of my hair is gone. My hair end looks crazy and stupid after “blow dry”. The one good thing is they use good products for my hair.

The owners are so amazing. They really take their time listening to what you would like done. They tell you up front what the cost will be for your visit. They also recommend how to care for your hair and suggest products that would work best without being pushy. I highly recommend this salon for any hair service! I got exactly the color and cut I wished for!!! Hands down the best salon in our area! Services: Shampoo & conditioning, Hairstyling
