Worst management and staff, don’t know English and give different rate over the call. While you reach there they turn the table ,trap you ,impose high charges with an excuse no.1 they heard hair color root touch up as hair cut????.excuse no.2 ,the girl who gave prizes wasn’t really aware about the prizes. I mean at-least find one genuine excuse to cover your tricks???? Over and above lady there and her boss with whom she makes you to speak over the call shows attitude by saying decide fast as you are wasting our time. What about you wasted my time and gas by making me drive there ????. Big No No No to this place.

Didn't get my hair as expect .i showed a picture as how i wanted it she basically said it wasn't possible and my hair tips got damaged because of their bleach and she had to cut my hair i said a little cut i didn't want short hair my hair was almost cut half way. When i said not too she was nice but not what i expected for my hair my hair is now damaged .(4 hours) i said i liked what she did because she was nice but i didn't want to make her feel bad. Paid $180 and left tip

Went to Nuevo Look Salon today for a hair cut, shampoo and style. The staff was super friendly and my hair looked and smelled soo great!! I will definitely be going back to get my hair highlighted in a few weeks.
