I had very bad experiences. I made appointment over the phone for facial . After going there one indian lady named Sadaf from Punjab, she was so bad, unprofessional and rude. She kept me waiting for almost 50 minutes and infront of me she was taking other customers. She kept telling me 2 minutes and made me to wait for 50 minutes.
This was my first time getting my eyebrows done somewhere else other than my eyebrow lady (I’d been going with her for 5 yrs, she was closed bc of the pandemic).The ladies were very nice, however, I felt that the eyebrow threading was very fast and that they did not take their time. Despite asking for a cleanup, I ended up with a different eyebrow shape than I had started with. One eyebrow was significantly made shorter in length than the other and the space between my eyebrows was now more shifted to the left as opposed to being in the middle. I DO NOT recommend this place.
I have been going for several years now and I've always had my eyebrows in the shape I've wanted. Everyone has always been so nice
