Been going here every since John the barber owned it back in the 90's. When John "left" some other people took over and they were just as great. Worst experience! The bleach was extremely strong I suffered an allergic reaction and the lady that did my hair scrubbed the bleach extremely hard in my scalp even after I told her that it hurt. And after the dying process was done no after treatment for the extreme bleach was added to my hair like leave in conditioner. Including after going home and seeing it in natural lighting my roots and hair did not match, it was two different colors. Therefore, I went back in for it to be fixed and the lady was not afraid to show her anger on my complaint. Like when she wanted me to move my head instead of telling me to turn my head she would just pull my hair around. And today I woke up with an extremely dry and irritated scalp that after I told someone to look at it we found blisters on my scalp from the extreme scribing in bleach. DO NOT RECOMMEND FOR HAIR DYE!!!
