I’m so sad to say worst of 2nd experience with this salon. I have been a long time customer and I’m so heartbroken to say I haven’t been here in two years and I decided to go for a new hair color and new look and I took my child as well. I asked for a specific color and came out with a total different hair color and I understand that the process of the hair color is not going to be the same but if you know you cannot do a similar color why do it and charge a crazy amount of money for a haircut and color. She charged me $300 for me and my son and and we both got botched haircut and color. So guess what no refund but she did say to come back so she can fix it, I come from a 30 min drive to Irving and for her to tell me to come back waste my time and gas money no way. To the owner I’m so sad that you charge that crazy amount and at the end to get a bad job done please be considerate of peoples time and money especially in this pandemic. Service: Hairstyling

I was treated very rudely by the owners family. She suggested I was in the wrong place when I asked for hair color might be on file, Prizes went up and are ridiculous and don’t do hair and highlights if you want to come home the same day. They take a long time and leave you sitting in a chair hour or more at time. I will never go back there. Don’t take my money for rude service. Service: Hairstyling

Me encanto su trabajo, y buen precio. Love my hair, Coco's did a great job and great price where ever you go prices are high and especially if have long hair they charge arm in a leg and don't think just because you take a picture on phone doesn't mean your hair is going to end up like you want it, plus they are honest if the color is not going to end up and thake time to fix it. ????
