NBS Beauty Salón

We came to this place based on the reviews it has, unfortunately we didn't feel welcome, the lady was not nice or smiling or anything like that I brought my girls and we didn't feel comfortable staying for the haircut, when someone don't even respond to a "Hello good afternoon" is not a good start. Not sure if that was the owner but would be very nice to be greeted with some kindness. Also the owner responded to my review mentioning the braids, yes my girls had a couple of braids that the lady kept shouting at us so we would save her the trouble, never in my whole life visiting a hair salon the hairstylist would say is not my work to have braids undone we have straight long thick hair and it wouldn't have been a problem for us to do it even though I don't understand why the ladie wouldn't do. We saw her reaction after we were asked who would get the haircut, and me saying the 3 of us yes long and straight hair might be a little tiring in the arms but we were there for a very needed

The main girl told me my cut would be $14. When I look at my reciept, she charged me $16. I went back to ask why she charged me that she claims that the system automatically charges $2. I explained to her that she did not tell me that or else I would have paid with cash. She just sat there and said yeah it's the system with a smirk on her face. She did not want to give me my money back. I told her she needs to mention that BEFORE you charge someone. Again, she said yeah, its the system. I do not recommend. Also, she wanted to charge me a crazy amount to do a touch up (blonde), not the entire head just a portion. Nope. Do not recommend.

These ladies corrected my purple hair. I walked out looking classy!! The price was highly reasonable. I have gone back for simple cuts too!
