First time client - from the initial consult to the end of of my appointment Gaynell treated me like a long-time client. She took her time and was meticulous about making sure that my hair was exactly what I wanted.
My hair looks beautiful! My first experience and appointment was this Friday. I went to Coco because my normal stylist was m.i.a- I was truly in need and she came through. Plus she was upstairs from my stylist. Coco provided beautiful hair and relaxing service. I had my favorite snacks, a glass of wine, and a funny Tv show. We had great conversations! Yeah, I was nervous because I’m very picky about who I allow in my head. However, she passes the vibe check and the stylist check lol. I will be going back. Thank you for turning my day around!
She is very professional. Her work is AMAZING. She gave me the best birthday look I could imagine. I got the KTips and I love them.
