Honest and trustworthy salon with gorgeous hair and luxury service. I felt extremely cared for as soon as I walked through the doors. Leslie, a stylist, took care of me and was so so kind and compassionate. Will definitely be returning!

I'm devastated. I've been going to the salon for years and within the last month had two screw ups with appointments. The first, the salon took responsibility for, the second was entirely my fault just had the wrong time by 15 minutes. In response, I get an EMAIL saying all my future appointments have been canceled and that they refuse to provide me any other services. What the?? I visited the salon every two weeks that's 26 times a year, and I was always on time. In addition, I purchased hair products, candles, skin care, brushes and even a hair dryer. Therapy Hair salon was a major part of my life! I looked forward to going, I enjoyed interacting with people I had been seeing for a long time. That relationship was ended over an email and for getting an appointment time wrong. I called and asked my stylist of all these years, Kelsey, to at least talk to me and explain why they were cutting me off. Of course she couldn't be bothered to call me back nor anyone else.
