The Keratin Salon by Salon Firdous

Spent $527 on my keratin treatment only to have it last one month when I was told it would be six months. Have been trying to get in touch with my hairstylist Patty that did my treatment but unfortunately was left unanswered after three attempts over the course of three days. Seems like I was only treated like a client when it involved spending my money. Also the site said it offers 20% for all first time services but was told I couldn’t get it because of my specific keratin treatment in comparison to others which makes no sense.

Dee and Brooke are very talented and professional and provide top quality services. I would not hesitate to recommend the Keratin Salon to my friends and family. When I walk out of the Keratin Salon after an appointment, I feel and look like a superstar! I am pleased to support and endorse this honorable family-owed business. Today Brooke was able to meet my special needs as I am high-risk for Covid-19 by allowing me to come when the salon was closed. We worked out a plan for Brooke to cut my hair with as short an appointment as possible, which I had not been able to do all year due to the pandemic. I visited for the first time last week and couldn't be happier with my service. The humidity and sun in Houston is brutal on hair. Combine that with pool time and curly, frizzy hair can be a nightmare to deal with. I came in with my hair a hot mess and walked out with beautiful color, a fabulous keratin treatment, trim and smooth, tamed hair. My stylist Margaret was kind and took her time to do a good job. I felt comfortable and all those who work there are friendly. I was able to take advantage of a back to school special and with everything I had done the value for the money was outstanding. I joined the keratin loyalty program which is a great value so I look forward to return visits regularly. Services: Haircut, Hairstyling
