Hair by Lupita at one touch beauty bar is extremely unprofessional and had no idea what she is doing. I would never recommend her to anyone. I went in for a toner, root touch up and additional lavender color to my hair. I recently had bleach done with balayage so I told her what I wanted. We had long conversation about me not wanting my hair dark and I just want a toner and some additional coloring. I showed her pictures of what I wanted and how my hair are looking right now. She sounded very confident that she would be able to do it. When I went there. She told me if I wanted partial highlights on the top of my head because the bottom is going to be light so let’s mix it up. I told her I wanted to keep the top as it is and just cover the roots (which I now am glad that I did) She put the toner on me and took another client, completely forgot about me for a long time, she washed gave a hair cut, and blow dried another client.
