Everything was super cute, the staff was nice and welcoming, and Rosalia cut my hair exactly the way I requested it. The shape of my hair is gorgeous and my curls feel so healthy and soft with the products she used. I will definitely be coming back! Services: Haircut, Curly hair

A friend recommended their salon to me as I have been having a lot of trouble with maintaining my curls. From their warm welcome when I entered, to making sure I was catered to, ALL my questions answered, explaining their step by step processing, to their patience with me as I was nervous with having someone else’s hands in my hair for the first time in years; I can honestly say the experience was phenomenal. Beyond my expectations. And every day since, I’ve got nothing but compliments on my hair. Will definitely be back soon!

Great customer service however; I did not get what I asked or paid $500 for. I came in for a retouch on my roots., balayage retouch. I had my consultation a week prior and showed pics ensuring my desired look was achievable. Indeed it was. Upon my appointment Once I was rinsed out I noticed my hair looked the exact same, I was told to wait until it dried. I gave the benefit of the doubt, needless to say my hair never lightened at all! Doesn’t look like a balayage or even close To it. I called & spoke to the manager. I was told it couldn’t be fixed today and I needed another consultation then another appointment. Wow! & no guarantee the service would be complementary. Even though I already paid for a service that was not achieved AT ALL. Needless to say For $500 my desired look should’ve been executed the first time, I thought I was paying for an expert. I will not be back
