Made appointment. Shop was closed. Stylist never replied to calls, texts, or voicemails.

Hannjah's was the best! Being the first time I came here, I was very impressed with the service. The salon is so cute and I could have stayed there all day just because it was so relaxing! I definitely recommend Natural Resources to anyone looking for a new salon without all the drama. I'm very comfortable with coming back here and making this my hair salon. Booked an appointment online. They accepted my reservation. Ten minutes later than canceled saying they were double-booked. Go to rebook appointment, the time I originally made appointment for is showing available. No one will respond to emails or messages. Guess they are successful enough that they can ignore potential customers. Edit. Get a text from the business at 7:55 am. Upset because I left a truthful review. Said they didn't respond yesterday because the person that checks the messages is out on sick leave. Get a phone call moments later. Person says I never responded to their messages. Told them I replied via email, text, and chat. I am not sure what they hoped to accomplish by calling me ma'am when I have both X and Y chromosomes. But, I definitely won't be giving them business after having direct communication with them.
