I love the atmosphere and the staff the only issue I have is it’s only been one week with my shellac and it already peeled and started lifting not worth $25

I love my nails Tim did a beautiful job, I couldn't be more pleased! Heights Salon is one of my favorites for almost two decades. Mimi's staff is friendly and professional. They are like family here, and I think they may have been the first salon in the neighborhood. I love their new location!

What a great day when you can find a type of normalcy like getting your hair cut. Heights Salon (Mark) does that. He immediately put things in place to make me feel safe. It’s was already super clean but now he has put in place and added what is recommended by CDC and more but what really takes it to another level is what he does on a personal level. If you have a fear even with implantations in place he suggests coming with hair already wet, he will cut outside with a fan going and you can leave from there. He wants to be safe and do what it takes to make you feel safe. Can you ask for anything more? In a crazy world, thank you Mark for giving me some normalcy and spiffing me up a bit.
