They are by appt only, and for good reason. I had my first session with them and they really did a thorough assessment of my hair. All said and done, I love my color and the conditioning feels great. They (husband and wife team) are very kind natured. Have a great sense of humor and listen to what your concerns are with your hair. They go above and beyond what other salons do. I have my "forever salon" finally and can't wait to visit them again. They are a great duo professionally and personable. Five stars should be 10+ ????.
