Im general it was ok. She had put a lighter colour on my roots and the rest of length was darker. She was reluctant to correct error. Her friend, the neighbour hair stylist, came and fix the colour. She then had to wash again and do my hair. I gave her 3 stars for her effort not more because of her attitude.
Horrible place to go if your hair is natural! I went here to get a blow out and cut since it’s been 7 months since my last blow out and I left with beautiful bone straight hair. After a week and a half I washed my hair and realized it was EXTREMELY heat damaged, as if I’ve got a perm. I get my hair blown out twice a year and have NEVER experienced this!!!
