Being an anxious & introverted person, I'm always cautious of any encounter; whether it be something new or something I've already experienced numerous times. So when I was consistently met with the same professional and pleasant courtesy of the sibling owners it truly felt refreshing. Even the initial vibe of the Salon combined with their relatable personalities assured me that I would be taken care of and that if I had any concerns or curiosities, they're very open minded to communicate them all so that I can leave with the BEST experience possible. THEY EVEN HAVE THEIR OWN PRODUCTS! I'd honestly recommend these successful business women to anyone, whether you're just starting your loc journey or looking for someone new you can trust to continue it like I was. Definitely take this step so your Loc journey can be a smooth transition into your hair destination.????

After my consolation with Koco, she told me she had an appointment slot available for Wednesday. She told me that if I paid the down payment within 7 days, my appointment would be confirmed. Before paying, I texted Koco to ensure she still had a time slot for Wednesday available and she told me she did, but she never told me a specific time. I paid the down payment so I called to inquire about what time I could come in but come Wednesday, they still aren’t returning my calls or messages. When I called the first time, the phone would ring but now, it goes straight to voicemail. The down payment wasn’t cheap ($250) so this is extremely disappointing because I discovered Cure House Naturals through Instagram and saw the amazing work they did. I’m waiting to get a refund.

I was back and forth about getting locs but eventually scheduled a few consultations with different locticians. After all interviews (because yes i was definitely taking notes and scoring each one) I knew without a doubt that Cure House Naturals was the place for me. Koco was able to answer all my questions, very knowledgeable and her worked looked good in person. Also the place was nice and welcoming. My mom and I have been going here for 9 months and without a doubt it is worth it and the best decision I made. Booking is easy, service is fast, professional and my hair has been flourishing. Shout out to both Koco and Miah who are a two sister duo that run Cure House! Thanks to them I’ve been enjoying every moment of my loc journey. Would recommend them to anyone.
