It's unfortunate that the salon needs to suffer for the unprofessionalism of one of the providers - Lavanya. She does provide good facials (or at least used to) but is least committed to her clients or services. She cancels appointments abruptly, even at the last minute, goes unresponsive, and carries her salon in a poor state. Book services with her only if you don't mind having to "chase after" to the point of literally "begging" for services that you actually "pay" for! No thanks for me!! Service: Facial treatments

Please be careful when you book your appointment because I was charged double the price for haircut. Initially she told me it is $40 for the haircut over the phone and once I got my haircut done she asked me whether I want blower and texture and I said yes as I thought it was part of the haircut. There is no price list even to know what is are actual prices for the add-on’s. I feel that this is a big loot from the saloon so I would highly not recommend this place for a haircut. Note: please be careful when you book an appointment with this person “GUL”. Service: Long haircut

I highly recommend Lavanya for facials and other salon services,I see her from last 5 years and NEVER leave disappointed! She cares so much about pleasing her clients and goes above and beyond any expectation one might have. Her passion is clearly obvious and the products she uses are top of the line.
