I have had an extremely disappointing experience in Siri. First of all they were rushing through the appointment for no reason. I have had facial in my life but this was by far the worst Facial I have done and they started rubbing the cream with extreme force on my face and even though I told them to be gentle they didn’t give any attention to my suggestions. I am going through a back injury so while changing I asked them for a chair but they have no regards to health of the customers. I will never recommend them to anyone Service: Massage

0 stars for customer experience and wasting 30+ minutes in queue with no updates on time. Went there few weeks ago around 3 30 pm and there was nobody else. Asked the lady if I need to take appointment in future to come in around the same time and the lady said no, this is a good time to come. Went there today, used the tablet to check in and it said that if I have a preference for the service provider, then I need to wait 16 - 21 minutes, if not, wait time is <1 minute. I didnt have a preference so I chose "no preference" and took a seat. There were 2 customers waiting there ahead of me and 1 customer who was undergoing service. Sat there for around 30 minutes and nobody bothered to even keep me updated on how long it would take. Couple of customers came, underwent service and left, couple more came in with appointments. Only when I asked the lady at the counter how much long it's going to take, I got to know that it will take more time. How much time was not mentioned. I told the lad
