12 years ago someone butchered my hair and I happened upon this place by chance. Chau corrected what Supercuts did. I've remained loyal since then. I know exactly what I'm getting, Chau is 100% consistent and the price is reasonable. I've followed her to the new location and now I take all 3 of my boys there. My brother now goes there and my friends do too. True enough we're guys with fairly simple hair cuts, but that's all I have to go on and I'm happy with the salon. Obviously I recommend it. Thanks!!
Absolutely horrendous, terrible communication, rushed experience, she had 2 customers waiting and only took 20 minutes on my haircut, I specially asked her to even it out because last time the bangs were an inch to long. This time she gave me a typical bowl cut when I communicated with her I’d like it even, just angled down wards. However, she did whatever she wanted to do and now my hair looks like that bird from happy feet. This place also does not give refunds so if u want a longer hairstyle, make sure to get it really long and make them slowly touch up because this experience was rushed. Service: Haircut
