Joy was very friendly and my hair came out great! I was pleased that the products she used were natural and not stinky like other salons. I received a haircut and highlights. I will be back!
Terrible experience with Joy. She was lazy with her work and always late. My hair was ruined when she cut so much off when I specifically asked her not to. 2 months now until it will grow back. Stay away!
Joy is an expert with color, and the first time I used her products I could see a dramatic difference. I love that they are ammonia free & clean. Everything I’ve tried (from the line of products she works with) has been a win & reasonably priced. The improvement in the health of my hair says it all. I can’t imagine why I’d ever go back to ammonia-based hair color/ bleach. Highly recommend!
