DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT STEP FOOT IN HERE!!! I went to get my hair cut and read good reviews before walking in. I had Naz and we discussed how I wanted my waist long hair to be cut a couple inches below my shoulders. She took me to wash my hair and then says she’s going to cut some of my dead hair in the bowl. Number 1, I’ve never had someone to do that before but I assume she knows what she’s doing and go along with it assuming she’s cutting maybe an inch off. When she puts the towel on my hair she states to me “just don’t freak out when I pull the towel off.” Dead giveaway. I sit down in the chair and sure enough I freak out when the towel comes down and I have uneven chopped up hair to the top of my shoulders and some small pieces cut above my ear!! I stopped her right there and said not to touch my hair anymore. She tried explaining we mentioned layers and that’s why she cut it the way she did and that she normally doesn’t cut it in the bowl.
