I have never had a bad visit. Been going to Charmlux since it opened. While they have gone through changes, this place has always been clean and the service friendly. I strongly recommend appointments to keep waiting to a minimum. If you have tried them, you need to.
Usually very easy to get in even with short notice. I don’t specify a certain person, and have been happy! If there is a problem, they work hard to fix it. Today they had a problem with their new automated checkout system. Luckily I was not in a hurry. I try not to be so I can relax and enjoy the service. Prices have increased, but most places have also.
I always have a great experience at Charmlux! Anhnie does a great job on my fingernails (I get Gel-X) and Don does a great job on my feet and toenails. I usually get a longer pedicure with the hot stone massage and hot wax for my feet. ????
