First, I'm highly critical of my haircuts. I always have been, anbd that's why I usually go with styles I can maintain myself. I needed something I couldn't do and came in to see Lucy. She did an amazing job! She had so much attention to detail that halfway through I was feeling less and less nervous. Really, a top-notch lady in my book. Service: Haircut

Called and made an appointment. Explained this was for a huge event and explained the hair color I needed along with the current condition of my hair. I asked for a guarantee that they could do this, some places don’t always feel confident in the look I try to achieve. They promised it would be okay and they could do it no problem. Day before my huge event I go in and they basically tell me they can’t even get close to the color I need. Waste of my time and now I’m stuck with old hair for my event. Please avoid this place if you’re looking for anything not basic. I would just really appreciate them being up front or more thorough before promising me something they couldn’t do. Love this Salon. Easy to get to. Good parking. Prices competitive. Clean, fresh inside. Stephanie does a great job with my haircuts. She is friendly and patient. Great shampoo area and....shampoos! Offers other services that I haven't used yet.
