I had an appt. with the owner of the shop to get highlights, not only did she not do my hair I was passed off to 2 very young stylist that showed me pictures and I showed them exactly what I wanted. I did not get what I wanted. I wanted blond highlights and walked out with orange hair. I asked the owner what was she going to do to fix this and she said "We'll have to charge you more to do that" I explained I am paying you $200 for highlights and now I have orange hair. "My brother is getting married this Saturday and I can't go like this" she still insisted I would have to pay more! Now I have called for a receipt on services they did the girl I spoke with said she would get back with me tomorrow. I have called 3 times to find out about my receipts and they have blocked my number. I just think people who are thinking about going there DONT you will certainly regret it. Linda does my hair routinely for cut and color.. I’m really happy i found her. I do not pay a lot so i can afford to come often. I went to lemongrass hair salon and almost 100 dollars for a cut before i found this salon! I decided to give this salon a try because i still was not happy after paying hundreds of dollars for hair cuts (plus i couldn’t afford to keep that up). I have my hair cut by the owner, Araceli Aguilar. She’s fantastic. I always wait until the last minute to call for an appointment, but she never fails to work me in on the day and time I ask for. The people she employs are very friendly and respectful and always try to remember your name. They also play great music. There’s lots of smiles all around! Give them a try. I also find their prices to be very reasonable.
