I have been sitting on this for a while, because I have honestly been really sad about what happened to my hair, and have spent the past few weeks processing it. I also want to clarify that I do not say this in anger, but rather so that other people with curly hair won't experience this sadness. I got a curly haircut here a little more than three weeks ago. It has been a very long time since I'd had a haircut, and had curly hair that went past my waist. I was pretty excited to get a cut at a salon that states they are very experienced in curly cuts, and so I asked for a trim and for my hair to be given a little shape. My hair was wet when cut (which I know was not a good first sign, but I thought that it would be okay since the stylist stated they were experienced) and it was wet I left the salon so I was not really able to see what my hair looked like until several hours later. I got my first curly haircut with Terry yesterday and I couldn’t be happier. I left with my hair feeling, smelling and looking beautiful. He had wonderful tips and even talking through his technique while he was cutting my hair. I’ll definitely be making an appointment in the near future for some natural highlights. I highly recommend. Terry is amazing. IYKYK. I will never get my hair cut or colored anywhere else. This place is amazing for curly haired humans. My hair was down to my waist and there was no curl in my hair. I went to see him and my hair came out so short and curly I loved it.
