My experience here was great, this is definitely now my go-to salon. Thank you so much Isabella for fixing my hair and being so sweet and easy to work with ???????? I came in pretty upset and I left feeling so much better

Went from blonde back to brunette. Isabella listened to what I wanted and I gave her the go ahead to do what she thought was best to transition my hair back to a brunette. I am beyond happy with the results. Her attitude was amazing and she explained in detail what she would/was doing to my hair the entire process. I look forward to seeing her again in the upcoming weeks. I found a new hair girl, and for those of you that are picky with your hair... you stick with the good ones! Services: Haircut, Gloss or Glaze, Hair coloring, Balayage

If it wasn't for the hairstylist being my friend I'd be giving this a 1 star, because 0 stars isn't an option. I work week days, and a few months ago I was told this salon would no longer be open on Saturdays and my appointment canceled, now they went back on that decision and so I tried again, unfortunately. The main part that made me write this review, was not even calling me to cancel or reschedule my appointment today. I was headed to the salon when I messaged my friend, but she was out sick and no one had reached out to me. The ladies may be great, but the salon itself has terrible managing. Never coming back.
