Forgot coupon and lady said " no can do without coupon". I said okay and checked out. They had problem with check out and had to cancel credit card charge. When I got to car found coupon. Went back in and lady said " no can do, can't cancel charge. Been going there for years. Not that great of a hair cut. Will not be back. So somebody else will get 10.00 tip for 26.00 charge. Reliable franchised chain. Price has gone from 14 to 15 to 18 in a short period of time. Definitely advise you to check in online first or you'll be waiting a very long time. Update- this has become my "go-to" place for hair cuts. They do a great job.

Had an hair cut for my son…. It was very poor… person who did the cut not listening at all how needed to be cut.. in 5 minutes she said completed… even I mentioned it has not done properly…, she claimed she has good experience, she said can cut further but can’t guarantee for the look it seems… I lost the trust and paid and came out….strongly don’t recommend
