Park village Nails Euless

After going to a different salon and winding up with nails that I grew to hate over a span of 24 hours (they weren't at all like my inspo picture, the acrylic was thick, and no matter how many times I told the tech I wanted short nails, I still ended up with nails that were way too long for me), I gave Park Village Nails a call, asking what they would charge to remove the old gel and replace with a different color. Bella did not disappoint! She reshaped and filed my nails down to the perfect length I was looking for and even thinned them out a bit so that they weren't so bulky. Absolutely love my new set. 10/10 would recommend!

My best friend and I were on the hunt for a new nail salon after we had a very terrible experience at our previous one. We were recommended Park Village by one of our friends, and decided to give them a try and I can say I am 1000% in love. From the amazing aesthetic to the multitude of color choices, and the phenomenal staff, Park Village, is truly a gem. My best friend, and I both got dip on our natural nails with chrome, as well as the tropical pedicures with gel polish. After we picked out our colors, which can be a bit overwhelming in the absolute best way since they have so many to choose from, we only had to wait about 5 to 10 minutes before being brought back. Liz was the absolute queen, who slayed my manicure and Trina gave me the most relaxing pedicure I have ever experienced. Anna and Ivy were the two lovely ladies who worked on my best friend. I'm a DIY nail girl. I have thin, fragile nails, so I don't tend to like anyone touching my nails. I had been growing my nails for weeks leading up to a big vacation. The nail tech asked if I want them shorter and I told her, no keep them the same. She immediately broke one of my natural nails. Then while dremmeling, she burned me several times. She then filed all of my nails extremely short, wasting the weeks of growth and care I had put thoughtfully into my nails. They were all filed crooked. Some nails are very thin. Some are thick. Some are thin on one side, thick on the other. One nail is bleeding. They're disgusting. I cannot be more unhappy with this experience. There are butchered so bad, there is no fix without taking them completely down. They charged me for a shape I did not ask for, and even said not to do. Their solution?
