Jessica and her team did my hair/makeup for my wedding party. They were AMAZING! Even though my look kept changing, Jessica managed to nail it. I felt natural, but glamorous. I'm so glad I worked with Jessica on my big day!

I LOVE EVERYTHING ABOUT IT. Jess, the owner, has truly made her vision come to life with Tousled. She has created a beautiful space, where you feel safe and confident. She's been doing my hair for a few months now, and there hasn't been a time where I've left the salon feeling unsure or uneasy about the results. I trust her with my hair completely, therefore I trust her team as well. Her attention to detail, great personality and professionalism through every appointment makes each visit to Tousled something to look forward to. If you haven't had the opportunity to visit, or were unsure to do so. Horrible experience for me. Went in for a simple haircut and left with an incredibly uneven cut. So bad that I cannot wear my hair down. The person cutting my hair was late for our appointment, but it wasn’t long of a wait. He was super nice and friendly, but unfortunately the haircut was terrible. I understand that everyone has off days. When I left I couldn’t tell that there was anything wrong with the cut because when it was being styled he could not get the static under control, and it was incredibly windy outside, so as soon as I left I threw my hair into a bun and carried on with my day. When I washed my hair the following day I noticed it incredibly lopsided. A solid one inch difference in sides, and some other issues with layering on just the one side. My biggest disappointment is that I reached out to them on multiple platforms to try to have the situation fixed but no one responded until a week later when I had already left the city. I’ve never been more disappointed in a $75
