Tony did my hair and I had such an horrible experience!! I will NEVER go back because of him! Showed him a picture of a balayage I wanted and looked nothing or close to the picture I wanted. Before he started cutting my hair I told him multiple times the kind of cut I wanted and he just did his own thing with my hair. Very disappointed with my experience and my hair!!! Services: Hairstyling, Balayage
