I had my my hair done about 2 weeks ago. The stylist was Alyssa. I went in with healthy long dark brown hair wanting same length balayage with lightened tips as close to silver as possible. I went in for two sessions. The last sessions however, was a DISASTER. I ended up having excruciatingly damaged, gummy, yellow, choppy hair. The stylist was not able to manage her time correctly as she proceeded to do another clients hair for 45 minutes after she told me she was going to wash the bleach out. I could feel chunks of my hair falling off and her only excuse was that it was normal and it happened to everybody. She put conditioner on my hair and a shower cap and sent me home after I paid. I came to realize my hair was ruined. I had to go to another stylist to tone and do a bob cut. I would not recommend.
I had my hair done by the Owner Richard Garrett and my nail done by Alicia. Was treat like a Queen. Thank You, ❤❤❤❤????
