**UPDATE** I called to complain and spoke to the owner. She was very professional and really insistent on trying to make it right. She booked us with one of her experienced stylists and they really took their time to make sure we were happy. I appreciate her being so accommodating and my daughter’s hair looks wonderful.**** My husband took our daughter there today for her haircut, she has straight hair, all she asked for was a cut to an inch below the shoulder. It looks as though someone took kitchen shearers and cut across her hair in one cut, it’s choppy and uneven and about 3 inches below the shoulder which I’m actually thankful for because I will have to take her to a professional and have more trimmed to fix the terrible cut she received. Muy mala experiencia Pedí un estilo bob Y Me quedo con un estilo que no pedí y con una trasquilada que no desearia que me la volvieran a rectificar ellas. tener que pagar otra vez para arreglar el daño,,, porque no se me renvolso nada porque fue tiempo de la chica que lo corto dicen!! y para ellas quedó muy bien,,, si como no!! Y yo me quedo con un estilo a la Dora la exploradora que no pedí y trasquilada 100%No recomiendo este lugar Ni una ???? pondria Pero tengo que ponerla porque si no,,no puedo hacer post
