I’m a pretty fair person but when I get charged 400$ for something I didn’t like and I get no sense of urgency to get it fixed it’s pretty irritating. I went with Nicolas because I looked at his work and figured that as a professional he could give me CLOSE to what I was looking for. I got charged 400$! And the end result looked like I had spend 30 min there VS the 4 hours I was there. I tried to re book and first time he didn’t even have me on the schedule someone else had told me to go in but I wasnt on schedule. Second time I went in he canceled on me. At that point I just wanted my money back. Was told it wasn’t possible. So I gave up and decided to go elsewhere. My hair does not look 400$ worth at all.

Great service and quality! Absolutely recommend. The products that they use are amazing on your hair and they last for a very long time. Customer service is great and they always make you feel amazing.

Nicholas has been doing my hair for the past two, almost three years! We went through a blonde process, all the way back to brunette. Each visit Nicholas was always very knowledgeable & direct about my hair goals and DID NOT DISAPPOINT! I am so grateful to him and always trying to fit me in his schedule.
