I got a hair cut earlier today and a woman named Vicky completely butchered my hair. I asked for LONG bangs with a trim and she not only didn't do the cut I asked for, but completely chopped my bangs. They are so short they rise above my eyebrows which seems like a complete joke. I should have told my 4 year old to grab the scissors and start chopping away because that's what it looks like. She did say sorry and said "maybe she shouldn't have cut them that short" but, I think she should have said "maybe I shouldn't be a stylist" HUGE OPPS MOMENT! Does not seem like she knows what she's doing. If you care about your hair, don't come here. Service: Haircut
Vicky was very polite and professional. Washed my hair and took her time to cut the style I requested. She even took the time to style it and I loved it! I will be coming again!
