Uneven cutting and parts. They were also aggressive with the trimmer, pulling hair like they were plucking. Pathetically useless haircut, beyond mediocre.
Unfortunately I was given to a new person. She did not really understand my normal cut, needed help and got it but when I got home, my hair was a mess! Disapointing this one time since I always get my hair Cut there.
Great discount for UTEP students, friendly staff and great haircuts! They really listen to all our demands! ❤️
