I never write reviews but I do want to let other people like me know, who are traveling looking for a solid salon to get your nails and a massage. The massage was great, Brenda was amazing. Despite it being 30 min, however I was not aware when she offered deep tissue that it was an 15% additional charge. Until at check out, I noticed they were charging me $90 for a 30 min massage. They corrected the price and it ended being $60. The main reason I’m writing this review however, is the manicure I received. Unfortunately, it’s probably the worst I’ve had to pay for. I would have done a better job. She did things backwards, on her phone, smudging the base, applying way to much polish. Even scratching on of the nails with her own acrylic set. She had just graduated high school. She squeezed some fast drying drops and just left me there. No driers. No sit here while you wait. I sat down in the waiting area anyway. My teenager had the greatest experience here. Our beautician really listened and understood what she was looking for. Apart from that she was so sweet and gentle with her. She told me she felt so comfortable. She loved being shampooed and the deep conditioning treatment. She said it was essentially like a massage. I want to add too, I was about 30 mins late, was seen immediately and she was very understanding. The products used, I bought one, they carry the best brands and I'm firmilar with Bumble & Bumble so having her use and recommend them made it easy for me to commit to buying a pricey product for a 15 yr old. A little goes a long way...quality vs quantity kinda deal. Her blow dry technique was impressive. I would visit again just for a blow out. All in all I would recommend this salon. I wish I remembered the lady's name. She couldn't have been any better.
