Dramatic Results Salon and Spa

Had my first appointment today with Aaliyahs Beauty & Beyond for a microdermabrasion facial and the facilty where she's located has changed my perspective about business owned by minorities. I knew it was going to be a pleasant experience upon entering the establishment because it's decor was clean, beautiful and visibly pleasing to the eye. After my facial I needed to use the facilities and I was shocked beyond words as the toiletry was sufficiently stocked with hand soap, toilet paper and paper towels. There was ample fumigation for those who need it as well. The restroom was clean and fresh including the floor. I wish other minority owned businesses would be as thoughtful of their clients as Dramatic Results. I'm so grateful of my experience because it restored my confidence in minority businesses. Other business owners can take a page out of the operations of this establishment. Oh yeah, I met the owner as I left and she was a delightful creature, she's just as down to earth and w

The owners are great people . I love how they have set up a nice relaxing atmosphere. However the stylist I have been going to for 3 years located in the back Suite Erinique is so unprofessional. She talked very bad about me among her other clients that I know of. I dont doubt if she has talked about me to her co-workers. Erinique pretends to be sweet and innocent. Beware of her character if you choose her. I brought hair extenstions for an fresh install. She did not co-wash my bundles knowing they had a bad smell. I am just so disappointed. As an hair stylist you should not pick and choose who you give great service to. Lesson learned.
