Studio 1514

Went into Studio 1514 a month ago and had a great experience with a haircut, so I decided to make an appointment for today to do a full highlight. I took the day off of work and drove 30 minutes to the appointment. When I arrived at noon the hairstylist said that her manager made her take a walk in to put in extensions and it was going to take her 2-3 hours to finish and she asked if I could come back later. I could not. Then I asked if they could move the walk in to later since she was….a walk in. They said they could not and asked if I could reschedule. As nice as the stylist is I will never be back as this was completely unprofessional by management. The appointment was confirmed at least twice and this was a huge disregard for the clients time. I do not recommend trying Studio1514 Service: Haircut

I cannot say enough about Brayana other than she’s amazing! She’s been doing my hair for about 2 years now and does not disappoint. We have done all over cut, color, highlights, balayage to extensions and always delivers exceptional service. She’s passionate about her work and wants you to feel your best.
