I was referred to Madina by multiple friends and within a few minutes calling her, I was put on the waitlist and was seen in a timely manner! It was my first-time yet when calling to put myself on the wait-list Madina spoke to me like we had known each other for so long. Her friendliness and customer service is remarkable! She gave me a heads up when I should head over as it neared my turn and I barely waited and was seated. She gave me so many tips to enhance the looks of my brows and even let me know what she would do next visit. I can tell she pays close attention to familiarizing herself with her clients and tries to build a relationship with them. She's truly lovely!! I wished I had gone to her earlier!!! I will recommend her and her services to everyone and anyone! $8 for eyebrow threading for high quality, efficient service!! The place is cozy and quaint. Medina called me back to come to the salon within 30 minutes. I got here just to wait another 20-30 minutes because she was running late. Honestly if I’m paying for a service I am taking my time out to come get the service done. I’d appreciate accurate timing so I’m not wasting my time waiting for a 5-10min service. She may be amazing at eyebrow threading but the customer service aspect is HORRIBLE here. She was yelling at this little girl while I was waiting at the salon I truly felt so bad. Can't try on the wigs like other places, but good prices and quality. Nails are pricey though and the service is lacking
