Pretty unsatisfied… asked for long layers and feathered ends and showed pictures of what I wanted and it now looks like a thick bob on top and a layer 2 inches longer underneath with no layering/thinning. I have thick hair and they didn’t take that into account, plus the bob is more severe on one side so it’s uneven. I think the least they could do is blow dry at the end and make adjustments from there because I could have told them what I disliked before I walked out. Instead I left with wet hair and went home disappointed. Update: the manager fit me in for a free second appointment as soon as I was available and fixed what she could which I really appreciated.

(Johana )does a beautiful job, she is very professional, has a good patience to listen one’s expectations, I am very happy how Johana always does my hair. Overall, the staff are nice and always making me feel comfortable. My 8 year old wanted “firehawk” hair inspired by her favorite book series, Amanda knocked it out of the park! It’s not easy to do such a complicated service for a wiggly kid and she was awesome. On the way out my daughter asked if Amanda can “always do her hair forever,” sounds like a good plan to me ❤️
