Avalon Salons and Spa

I just moved to Dallas and have been looking for a new salon. I requested to make an appointment with a senior stylist and they scheduled me with Elvie. When I showed up Elvie refused to do the color service. She said for some reason she only allocated 30 minutes to do my hair and that it would take longer after seeing my hair. I’ve never ever had anyone make a 30min appointment for an all-over color. She was extremely unprofessional and basically walked away from me saying there’s nothing she could do. The receptionist seemed nice and tried to reschedule me with someone else but I had no intention of giving them my business after this. I did request that the Salon Manager call me so I could share the inappropriate service experience. Unfortunately I never got a call from the Salon. I had to travel out of that country the next day and this left me in such a bad position so urgently have to find someone else when I had this appointment for months. Highly do not recommend Elvie and super

I always enjoy coming to this salon. Meghan is very talented and always makes me feel gorgeous. Today I needed to bring in my two year old and the entire staff was very accommodating. Brittny even showed me a quiet place that I could rock her to sleep. Thank you guys for always being professional and accommodating! Services: Hairstyling, Hair coloring
