Wife went in to have her hair done. She has black hair and wanted a light brown to medium brown. I picked her up and her hair was two different colors, redish brown top half and dark brown lower half. This was bc the "master technician" mixed colors instead of doing what color my wife asked for and was paying for. While straightening my wifes hair the technician realized this error, voiced it to my wife, and continued with out fixing it. I picked her up and saw her hair and told my wife it was not worth the $170 we paid. Today she went back to get it fixed after speaking to the staff their to only once again be shut down and have her hair messed up. Upon sitting down, the technical immediately started coloring her hair with out asking her what her goal was once again (same technician). The technician decided to color my wifes hair dark brown to black instead of fixing it the right way. Choosing this easy way out, not considering my wifes goal and opinion my wife is now scared to say an

The hair dresser was nice and did my hair good. But some other hair dresser was rude and made some rude comments about me… smh. Making assumptions about people is just silly and rude
