Tune Up 'The Manly Salon' Conroe

I went in on a Saturday 8/05/2023 just a few minutes after 3 PM. They told me that they could not work me in until Sunday. There were three stylist working and very few customers waiting. They don’t close until 7 PM. Very hard to believe that they could work me in in four hours! Very disappointing. I know school was starting the following week, but that’s no excuse. Went to Walmart (Smart style family hair salons) and got a haircut right away because I needed it that day. If I could rate zero stars, I would.

Heather, what have you done, you ruined my boys life, he can’t go in public anymore and hates his self image now. I don’t blame him tbh, looks awful. I would never, and i mean never, take anyone i hold dear to me to your store. I wouldn’t even let my worst enemies go here, i don’t wish this on anyone. Right when I walk in only one guy in line and the lady tells me she can make me a appointment 4 hours later when I could sit for 30 min as a walk in and be done . Didn’t even try to mention the option as a walk in to me , they don’t want business , push you out the door as fast as they can. Very bad customer service . Lady at the front desk with a eye brow piercing. Do not recommend this place , go across the street to sport clips
