I have never been so humiliated in a hair salon in my life! I came in for a scheduled color and when I came in and said my name the ladies working there starting laughing. I sat down and wasn’t sure what was going on. The stylist started to tell me she couldn’t color my hair lighter because of the time issue. I was so shocked and confused how unprofessional they were. As a mother of 4 I made babysitting arrangements and now I am left with no color because they don’t have the time. It was really embarrassing walking out of the salon not sure what to do… incredibly sad how they treat new clients! I was so nervous speaking to the stylist as she told me I can’t color your hair because we would be here until 1am. She made me feel bad for my scheduled appointment, I left feeling so embarrassed and anxious! Do not recommend!

This is my favorite new salon!! I moved from Lubbock and now I live in Spring. I don’t mind the drive because this salon feels very welcoming. They offer free snacks and drinks!! Evelyn is the best because she makes me feel comfortable and confident with my hair!! Services: Hair highlighting, Balayage

I have been getting my hair done here By Jordan since she moved to this salon. I’ve always loved the work Jordan does on me and I will follow her wherever she goes! All of the other girls are so sweet and at this rate know me which always makes the whole experience that much better! If you’re looking into going blonde I 10000000% recommend Jordan!
