The worst stylist ever. Ty is the name on the receipt. She seriously needs to be evaluated before cutting any more women's hair. I asked for simple layering and even provided several picture references. I ended up with an uneven mullet. A very sad ponytail and bobbypins is my new style. I am so very sad. I can't let my hair down with out crying. Worst mothers day make over ever. Please do not get your hair cut by her.

I checked the official website and it said they were open until 7 pm. I arrived at 5:15 and signed into the kiosk. One person was getting their haircut, and one person was in front of me. When the stylist, I Rios, finished with the first haircut, she came over and rudely asked what I wanted. I told her I had already signed in. Ms. Rios, the stylist told me that they were closing at 6 pm and the other person waa her last haircut of the day. I pulled up the official website and showed her that it says it closes at 7 pm on Fridays. She got rude and snippy and told me she was leaving at 6. I told her I was going to write a review on Google as well as their website and again getting rude she yelled, "GO AHEAD." Notice my pictures of the website. I was on vacation visiting with a friend and stopped in last minute. I was greeted with a friendly welcome immediately! I was taken care of by the manager, her name was Veronica and I couldn't have been happier with my hair!
