First off, this is the client you did NOT the husband! If I could do something to remove your license I would, you are the RUDEST UNPROFESSIONAL stylist I have been to in 51 years of my life! I have NEVER been treated the way you treated me and “FOR THE RECORD” my husband was on the phone the the moment I sat in your chair and you had your attitude right off the bat! I have called one time before due to traffic YES and said I would reschedule my appt AS I DID even though you answer your phone with the upmost disrespect towards your clientele!
