Tina is an artist. She is the best and I always leave with my nails done to perfection. She has great ideas and always delivers on my own ideas for doing something different. You will love her attention to detail and her ability to create beautiful nails every time!

She was good until she wasn’t. Typically talks on her phone while doing your nails or talks to other people who work in the building come into the salon to chat, which is rude and results in mistakes. She becomes argumentative when you ask her to fix a mistake. I am the paying customer, so you should be more than willing to fix something without arguing. If you can’t fix it, then offer a refund. I pay too much for my nails for them to not look the way I want them to. I had a follow up appointment scheduled with her this week to fix a broken nail. I texted to confirm the day of (shouldn’t need to do that), and she said she wasn’t working that day. Prior to this incident, she ignored my texts for two days when I asked for confirmation of my next appointment. It felt like she was giving me the run around simply because I used my voice as a paying customer and asked her to fix my nail to my liking. Tina is amazing!! Me and my mom have been going to her for at least 5 years every 3 weeks and have never had a bad experience with her. We always recommend her!
