We had a wonderful experience today ! I treated a friend to a makeover and Daffne was amazing! So proffesional, knowledgeable and courteous!!! Ten stars!

Tuesdae in the hair salon is amazing ???? She listened to my wants and needs. She offered solutions and took me as a walk in and worked me into her schedule. Tuesdae was very understanding and patient. She did an amazing job and I highly recommend her. Not only have I told everyone at work how awesome she did but I have told all my customers as well.

I love ulta, but I will say recently I have been in the market for some new skin care products and have not been happy with the experience. I went in a few times and each time was meet by the same lady while I was browsing. She kept trying to get me to purchase Tulla skin care. When I told her I wanted to look at other brands as i had tried samples of tulla and wasn’t impressed she instantly became rude and talked about how she hasn’t tried the other brands but that they cannot be as good . And then eventually would just walk away in a huff leaving me kind of shocked . Personally this really turned me off of ,and made it feel like there was a push sale on the brand( not sure if there was). It really ruined my experience and gave me anxiety about having to interact with her on future trips. On the other hand the girls who worked the high end section were very helpful, and I eventually found what I needed !
